1. Overview

QUADMULA invites 50 randomly selected SirenA Series customers to participate in this special review program. Those who submit a qualifying review by May 31, 2026 will be entered into a one-time drawing.

The recipient will receive the same QUADMULA frame as the product reviewed in their selected entry.

This is a one-time program. Standard review rewards (existing 5% discount for photo/video reviews) remain unchanged and are awarded in addition to entry into this drawing.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible, a participant must:

• Have received a personal invitation email from QUADMULA for this program
• Submit a review for a SirenA Series product through QUADMULA's official review submission system
• The review must include at least one photo or video of the product
• Submit or update the review with a photo or video by May 31, 2026 at 23:59 UTC, based on the timestamp recorded by QUADMULA's review system
• Keep the review live and unaltered until the drawing date
• Maintain the original order in good standing — orders that are refunded or cancelled before the drawing date will result in disqualification
• Not be located in any jurisdiction where this program is prohibited by law

Text-only reviews are not eligible. Reviews for products outside the SirenA Series are not eligible. Reviews submitted through any channel other than the official review system are not eligible.

3. Existing Reviews

Any qualifying review (containing at least one photo or video of a SirenA Series product) submitted on or before May 31, 2026 at 23:59 UTC is automatically eligible for entry, regardless of when the review was originally submitted.

Customers who previously submitted a text-only review may participate by updating the existing review or submitting a new one that includes a photo or video, as long as the updated submission is recorded by May 31, 2026 at 23:59 UTC.

4. Entries Per Customer

Each invited customer receives one (1) entry in the drawing, regardless of how many SirenA Series products they have reviewed.

Submitting reviews for multiple SirenA Series products, or submitting multiple reviews for the same product, does not increase the chance of selection.

A participant remains eligible as long as at least one (1) qualifying review remains live and unaltered on the drawing date.

5. Selection

One (1) recipient will be selected at random from all eligible participants. The drawing will be conducted by QUADMULA on June 2, 2026.

The odds are 1 in 50.

If the recipient has reviewed multiple SirenA Series products, the awarded frame will correspond to one entry randomly selected from their qualifying reviews.

6. The Reward

The reward is one (1) QUADMULA frame, identical to the product corresponding to the randomly selected qualifying review.

• Shipping: QUADMULA covers international shipping costs.
• Import duties and taxes: Any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the recipient's country are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
• Optional model exchange: The recipient may, at their discretion, request to exchange the reward for a different in-stock standard production frame. In such cases:
  • If the chosen alternative frame's retail price is higher than the originally reviewed product, the recipient must pay the difference.
  • If the chosen alternative frame's retail price is lower, no refund or credit will be issued for the price difference.
• The reward is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit.
• Limited editions and collaboration models are not available for exchange.

7. Notification & Claim Period

The recipient will be notified privately via email within a few days of the drawing.

The recipient must respond within seven (7) calendar days from the date the notification email is sent by QUADMULA and provide:

• Shipping information
• Confirmation of whether they wish to receive the same product as reviewed, or request a model exchange (if applicable)

If the recipient does not respond within seven (7) days, the reward is forfeited and no alternative recipient will be drawn.

8. Disqualification

A participant will be disqualified if:

• The qualifying review is deleted, withdrawn, or modified to remove the photo/video before the drawing date
• The review's photo or video does not, in QUADMULA's reasonable judgment, clearly show the product (e.g., heavily blurred, unrelated to the product, or appearing to be intentionally low-effort)
• The review is found to be fraudulent, fake, or contains inappropriate content, spam, or content unrelated to the product
• The associated order is refunded or cancelled before the drawing date, or refunded after the recipient is selected
• The participant provides false information during the claim process

QUADMULA reserves the right to make the final determination on the eligibility of any submitted review.

9. Privacy

By participating, customers agree that QUADMULA may store their entry information internally for the purpose of administering the program. The recipient's identity will not be publicly announced unless explicit consent is provided.

10. General

• This program is by invitation only and is not open to the general public.
• Participation is non-transferable.
• QUADMULA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this program at any time without prior notice.
• Void where prohibited by law.
• These rules are governed by the laws applicable to QUADMULA's place of business.
