U.S. Shipping & Tariffs Update

Due to new U.S. Government tariffs on overseas imports and the removal of the de minimis exemption, Taiwan Post temporarily suspended some postal services to the United States starting on Friday, August 29, 2025. This caused us to temporarily remove the USPS option from our site.

We're pleased to announce that the USPS e-Packet service has now been reinstated for orders under $40, offering an affordable shipping alternative. For urgent needs, DHL remains available, though please note it may now incur slight additional taxes or duties under the new regulations.

For customers in the United States, the available shipping options are now:

• USPS e-Packet: Available for orders under $40, with a shipping fee of $10 and delivery in 10-30 days.

• DHL: Available for all orders, with faster delivery but potential additional taxes or duties.
