U.S. Shipping & Tariffs Update

We regret to inform you that due to new U.S. Government tariffs on overseas imports and the removal of the de minimis exemption, Taiwan Post has paused postal services to the United States, effective immediately. These changes were scheduled to begin on Friday, August 29, 2025.

As a result, we have temporarily removed the United States Postal Service (USPS) as a shipping option on our official website. For customers in the United States, DHL is currently the only available shipping method. Please note that using DHL may incur slight additional taxes or duties due to the new tariff regulations. We are actively monitoring the situation and will reinstate the USPS shipping option as soon as a workable solution is provided by Taiwan Post.
