All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed before 3:00 PM (GMT+8) are usually dispatched the same day.

We automatically combine multiple orders to the same address and refund any excess shipping fees.
Due to our fast processing, combination isn’t always possible if the first order has already been packed.
Shipping Rules & Policies
Customs & Duties (DDU)
All international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid. Any import taxes, VAT, or customs fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Refused Packages
Packages refused due to unpaid duties will incur return shipping + admin fees deducted from any refund.
No Freight Forwarders or Hotels
We do not ship to freight forwarders or hotel addresses — orders will be cancelled.
PO Boxes
DHL cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Please provide a physical street address for DHL orders.
