We want you to be completely satisfied with your QUADMULA purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below.

🕒 7-Day Return Window

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Late returns may be rejected.

🛠️ Condition Requirement

Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging.

💸 Shipping Costs

Return shipping is paid by the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Unused & Unassembled: Carbon fiber frames that show signs of assembly (e.g., screw marks on the carbon) cannot be returned.
  • Original Packaging: The item must be in the same condition that you received it, including all accessories and parts.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order number is required.
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items: Used products, gift cards cannot be returned unless defective.

2. How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@quadmula.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your Order Number and the reason for the return (photos are helpful).
  3. We will provide you with the return address (Warehouse in US/DE).
  4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost return packages.

3. Refunds Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved: A refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
  • Rejected: If the item is used, damaged, or missing parts, we reserve the right to deny the refund or charge a restocking fee.
  • Shipping Costs: The cost of the original shipping is deducted from your refund. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been dispatched/shipped, it cannot be canceled. In this case, you will need to receive the package and follow the standard return process (shipping costs will apply).
